We’ve also spotted the hotter S3 testing in Sportback guise, hiding similar updates found on the more pedestrian A3. This model should continue to use a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine tuned for 306 hp. As for the flagship RS3, it was spotted last year sporting some more significant alterations that could point to a higher-performance variant.

The A3 just arrived in the US for the 2022 model year, so it seems premature for a facelift already. We can’t say for certain when this facelifted version will be announced, but Audi should be in no rush, given that the A3 is already quite fresh on the market. That being said, we often get European cars a year after those across the pond.
